In a competitive telecoms market, Unifi recognised the need to address customer concerns regarding internet speed, coverage, and service disruptions to improve acquisition and retention

We realized that people are willing to forgive brands that genuinely listen, understand, and act on their concerns. True connection comes from empathy and responsiveness.

We developed V.I.C. (Virtual Intelligence Creator), a proprietary AI-powered tech suite. V.I.C. analyses real-time customer data from social listening, decoding complaints and identifying pain points.

This data from social listening enables us to craft personalised solutions and turn negative feedback, sentiment and complaints into opportunities for positive engagement. We brought this to life through Yunni, our existing mascot for Unifi that we created, and created AI generated content such as video, images, responses

Yunni became the face of our empathetic, problem-solving approach that is generated by V.I.C., appearing across all customer touchpoints. Targeted campaigns, informed by V.I.C.'s insights, addressed specific regional issues and celebrated cultural moments, demonstrating that we were listening and acting. Our consistent message, "Turn Gerams into Ngam," resonated with audiences, reflecting our commitment to transform frustrations into positive experiences.
