Idea

while everything is chaotic; SWVL is only logical.

Growth

SWVL launched in Egypt with a commuting model that is more expensive than the public transportation creating a challenge to convince most Egyptians who belong to a low SEC to use it. SWVL was positioned as a wakeup call for people to stop accepting inhumane methods of transportation even if it is cheaper and choose the more logical and comfortable option.
