Balikbayan

OFW means Overseas Filipino Worker. There are almost two million OFWs working all over the world to support their families back home. Many don’t see their families for years. Instead, they send care packages back home to show their love called Balikbayan boxes. In Tagalog, Balik means returning and Bayan means nation. Because Coca-Cola is famous for celebrating the holidays, this year they wanted to do something to help OFWs send a little magic overseas.
