Challenge

Developed by HealthTech agency, Synapxe, HealthHub enables people to view evidence-based health and wellness information, access personal health records and perform transactions such as managing appointments, paying bills and ordering medication.

While the legacy content management system has served HealthHub well, the Synapxe HealthHub team recognised opportunities for improvements in the site’s information architecture. Furthermore, it needed to seamlessly integrate with partner content delivery platforms or applications to deliver a unified healthcare experience.

Inspiration

HealthHub envisioned a modern, user-friendly platform that empowered citizens to actively manage their health. This would involve migrating to a robust digital experience platform that offered personalisation, seamless partner integration, and data-driven insights to optimize user journeys.

Idea

HealthHub partnered with Sitecore and VML Singapore to migrate to the Sitecore Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This included leveraging Sitecore Content Hub for streamlined content management and delivery, Sitecore XP for personalised user experiences, and data analytics tools for performance optimisation.

Growth

The Sitecore DXP implementation yielded impressive results. User engagement soared with a 16% increase in time spent on the platform and a 32% increase in unique visitors. Improved SEO performance led to a 75% increase in organic traffic, making HealthHub more accessible to Singaporeans seeking health information and services. The platform now empowers citizens to take control of their health through personalised content, streamlined workflows, and easy access to vital resources.
