La'Zette has won numerous internal awards recognizing her leadership, teamwork, and ability to keep it simple. An influential C-Suite counselor and advisor, La'Zette, focuses on providing clarity amid change through advocacy, storytelling, and building culture.

As the Vice President of Strategic Operations, Global Inclusion, Equity, & Belonging at VML, La'Zette leverages her 20-year career experience championing change in the workplace through strategic planning, change management, employer branding, inclusion, diversity, and leadership development.

La'Zette lives with her husband and three daughters in New York City. In her spare time, she writes poetry and short stories. La'Zette is an active member of her community and recipient of the City Council Citation Award to recognize her support for women and children. La'Zette continues to seek opportunities to use her expertise, network, and passion to be a voice for those we have yet to hear.
