Lav Deep is the CEO -Asia Pacific for Studios which serves as the offshore production and studio arm of VML. He leads the Business, Operations and Strategy for our largest offshore delivery hubs in the APAC region.

Lav Deep is an entrepreneur at heart with a growth mindset. He is an exceptional business accelerator with a drive for perfection in designing and executing strategies for clients. He has been at the forefront of restructuring institutional business processes for higher impact.

Lav Deep’s area of expertise includes global service delivery and strategy, designing and implementing global operating and engagement models to drive scale and efficiency, Key Account Management, Strategic Alliances and Partnerships and building new capabilities. His work experience spans across multiple geographies and industry verticals where he has worked with diverse teams and clients.

Lav Deep joined us in 2009 and ever since he has focused heavily on building businesses and teams around Marketing ops as a service (MaaS), Software as a service (SaaS) by developing products and applications using Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning and RPA technologies to solve critical business problems and generate efficiencies for our clients.

Outside of work he loves spending time with his family, Lav Deep’s area of interests also include keeping pace with the latest technology trends, reading and meditation.
