During the holidays, people long to connect with loved ones but, in many cases, life gets in the way. Fortunately, technology can play a significant role in elevating the holiday experience.

Dell Technologies can bring joy through technology and inspire others to do the same.

Show how AI can help deliver holiday magic during the busiest time of the year. The story follows a delivery bot, trained through the power of Dell AI, to deliver packages and get smarter as it does. Sent off into the world, the bot is hardworking and determined, but often overlooked.

After seeing the little delivery bot's valiant efforts go unnoticed, a young boy is inspired to show kindness. He places an order for delivery and awaits the bot's arrival. When the little bot comes with his order in tow, we see the boy pull out a pair of googly eyes that he puts on the bot creating a face, as well as a wintery scarf. The delivery bot then rolls away, his lights turned smile gleaming even brighter with joy.

The campaign aims to shift perception on innovation attributes by showing people how Dell Technologies drives better outcomes for everyone and every business.
