Peru has a 29.3% gender wage gap, one of the highest in Latin America. To address this, Scotiabank analyzed data comparing female clients' salaries to male counterparts, factoring in variables like age and occupation. They then used SCOTIA POINTS, their digital currency, to automatically fill the gap, allowing customers to use it like real money for purchases.
