VML LATAM is proud to announce LÍDERAS, a regional initiative that stands out as a pioneer within the global network. Designed exclusively for VML offices in Latin America, the program seeks to promote and develop female creative talent, focusing on leadership and emerging creativity within the industry.

LÍDERAS, a groundbreaking project in the region with the potential to be replicated globally, reflects VML LATAM's commitment to gender equity and strengthening female leadership in the creative industry. "This program is not only a testament to our commitment to diversity but also to our leadership as a region in promoting female creative talent," highlighted Juan Pablo Jurado, CEO of VML LATAM. "We are driving significant change in the industry, building the future of creativity in Latin America."

Participants in LÍDERAS will have access to a series of opportunities to enhance their visibility and leadership development. These include programs offered by VML and WPP, the chance to participate in industry conferences, and involvement in essential pitches and new business opportunities at the regional level.

"LÍDERAS fills me with pride because it is designed to empower, provide opportunities, and showcase our immense female creative talent within our own company," explained Nino Goldberg, CCO of VML LATAM and one of the program's main executive sponsors. "Our goal is clear: having more female creative leaders in our region is important and necessary."

A key component of LÍDERAS is the 'AllyShift,' a strategic alliance between the CCOs of VML LATAM and the program participants. "Our mission with LÍDERAS is twofold: to empower experienced professionals with short-term leadership potential and to strengthen the new generations of creatives who will be the leaders of tomorrow," stated Sebastián Cerain, Chief People Officer of VML LATAM. "This program is an investment in the future of our industry."

Under the leadership of Nino Goldberg and the LATAM People Experience team, LÍDERAS will continue to evolve to meet the needs of the ever-changing creative environment. "This initiative has allowed both our female creative leaders and our creative directors to engage in joint learning and growth," concluded Nicole Mestres, Managing Director of Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition for LATAM. The result is a renewed focus on empathetic creativity and a strengthened commitment to identifying and overcoming biases."
