Vanessa is a strategic leader who has built her career in global agency environments across the UK, New Zealand and Australia. She is experienced in working with clients and leading teams to unlock, shape and deliver digital transformation and brand marketing programs at scale across a variety of industries and sectors, including automotive, retail, education, financial services, utilities and telecommunications.

As the Managing Partner of VML Melbourne, she is responsible for the overall health of the agency’s client partnerships, the craft of client service and the growth of the Melbourne team. She loves building genuine connections with clients and colleagues, and is committed to making a difference as a leader by fostering a diverse culture of motivated people who love what they do and are not only supported to be their true selves, but are also inspired to do their best work as part of a cross-functional team.

As a proud working mum of two beautiful children, Vanessa also cares deeply about helping working women navigate the journey into motherhood, as well as their return to work, and provides mentorship to people both within VML and the broader industry in Melbourne.
