Paola joined the group in 2017. As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for all financial and commercial aspects of VMLY&R Italy business for our clients, employees and stakeholders.

Paola trained as accountant at Ernst&Young, then she worked in various roles for international groups focused on digital and telecommunication services. She also supported professionally several innovative start-ups.

Paola is a compulsive traveler, passionate of skiing, dancing and live music gigs. She’s based in Milan, but she was born in the sunny south of Italy. She also spent big part of her career abroad in several locations (London, Austria, Madrid, Liechtenstein,Texas, etc.)

In February 2021 she was also appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the holding WPP in Italy.
