With over 20 years’ experience in online development, as well as project, client, account, strategic and operational management, Neil has successfully delivered a vast array of online projects led several highly successful, multi-site teams in fast-paced and dynamic environments, including the management of multiple concurrent projects for a number of world-class brands and companies.

Neil has worked locally and internationally, including in the U.K., Canada, America and Costa Rica, on wide-ranging clients such as Hyatt Hotels, Citi Bank, Frito-Lay, Procter and Gamble, Nissan/Infiniti to name a few.

His previous roles and companies include BCM Group (Digital Director), Proximity/BBDO as Director, Global Delivery (overseeing Proximity/BBDO’s offshore agency, in Sofia, Bulgaria) as well as General Manager/Operations Director of The Hangar Interactive (Costa Rica), Account Manager for Critical Mass (Las Vegas), and Senior Project Manager with Critical Mass (Calgary, Canada).

Some key builds have included international sites such as Hyatt.com, Caltex.com/au, and lead generation tools that significantly increased engagement with clients such as Clipsal (Home Automation Planner) and Queensland University of Technology (Match My Skills), to name a few.

In Brisbane, Neil has managed the design and implementation of numerous small, medium & enterprise level projects for a variety of private industries/sectors, as well as State and Federal Government, higher education and eCommerce clients. This has included projects for Tourism Australia, Caltex, the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Queensland University of Technology, Clipsal, Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), the Department of Education (DoE), and more, with particular emphasis around consultation with internal and external stakeholders and technologies, and the specific needs for all clients.

Neil brings extensive project and technical management experience - including emerging tech, strategic planning, new business development, quality control and process management and improvement - significantly enhancing the quality and experience of all digitally delivered products.
