Nassib is the CEO of VML MENA and was appointed following the integration of Wunderman Thompson and VMLY&R at the end of 2023. Overseeing a team of multi-disciplined experts across 10 markets, from creatives, data scientists and technologists to team leads, Nassib works to inspire growth across all client and partners in MENA.

In his previous role as CEO of Wunderman Thompson MENA, Nassib demonstrated success in developing and growing relationships with international, regional and local clients in the market.

He has served on the Board of the UAE Chapter of the IAA since 2006, and has been elected as president of the chapter in November 2023. He has also taken part at the mentorship program of the Dubai Chamber.
