Mr. Santos graduated from the Smeal School of Business at Pennsylvania State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science with concentration in Marketing. He started his career at Eli Lilly & Co. in NYC as a Marketing Associate for the Mid- Atlantic Region. He was responsible for the development and growth of the CNS and Diabetic portfolio of products in the region working directly with the medical community and teaching institutions of the city of New York.

In 1995, he moved back to his homeland of Puerto Rico to assume the role of Marketing Manager for Cellular One Puerto Rico (now Cingular Wireless). During his tenure, the company achieved the largest growth in share and revenue to become market leaders by 1996. He also launched in the market the industry’s first pre-paid wireless solution which became the industry standard soon after.

By late 1998, he leaped his career into the advertising world as Group Account Director for FCB Puerto Rico where he helped the agency grow exponentially by managing and winning key accounts such as Radio Shack, Chrysler and Honda.

Since 2004, he was served as CEO for VML San Juan. He is married and has two kids.
