In 2009, Ha founded a then start-up social marketing agency, Click Media, under her leadership the business became a digital communication market behemoth. With Click Media and VML Vietnam’s alignment in 2019 she continued her post as Managing Director. She is now acting as the CEO of VML Vietnam.

A fearless entrepreneur with an artist’s soul at heart, Ha has and continues to lead the agency in delivering pioneering digital solutions for many of the organisation’s key client partners including Unilever, FrieslandCampina, Piaggio, Samsung, Red Bull, Heineken and L’Oreal. It is without doubt that her relentless can-do attitude along with a boundless creative mind has been pivotal to the agency's sustained growth.

Originally from Hanoi, now residing in Ho Chi Minh City with her husband and their two daughters, she spends her time away from work drowning herself in music, arts and meditation.
