Meet Caitlin │ she/her
Caitlin held various positions at our Copenhagen office – including leading the 11-person Dell Global Activation team – before becoming Creative Services Director. Her responsibilities in her current role include operations, consultation as well as supervision and mentoring for the creative team. Additionally, she is responsible for reviewing and assisting in the development of service proposals. In sum, Caitlin ensures that we have the right team and tools in place for whatever comes our way.

Before VML
Hailing from the charmingly named Kalamazoo, Michigan, Caitlin has a versatile skillset and real-world problem-solving experience from her background and education in social work. After moving to Copenhagen, she began travelling in a new professional direction, studying Multimedia Design and Communication before joining VML.

Beyond the office
Caitlin is passionate about the environment and conservation – when not busy growing vegetables in her greenhouse, she is often outside enjoying the beautiful nature.
