A consummate finance professional with more than 20 years of experience, Bhautik has a demonstrated skill in budgeting, internal audit, corporate finance and managerial finance. He joined Wunderman Thompson from Rediffusion Brand Solutions, where he was Group CFO and a board member for the last nine years. Bhautik has demonstrated clarity of vision by carrying out several mission critical projects, high level risk analysis, and has formulated strategies for various mergers and acquisitions.

As a key member of our top management team, he has successfully partnered with various group companies and businesses by providing strategic inputs. Bhautik brings to the table his extensive experience in media and advertising coupled with cross functional experience in project evaluation, financial modelling, investment analysis, risk management, finalization of accounts, auditing, risk control and MIS development.

His curious mind has helped him garner expertise in identifying and adopting emerging trends and addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms. He is adept at analyzing existing systems and procedures, making business continuity plans, designing internal control systems and facilitating effective decision-making. Bhautik is known for his exceptional relationship management skills and abilities in liaising and negotiating with internal and external stake holders. His team has always vouched for his leadership and mentoring skills, which he has developed by heading multi-locational teams. Over the years Bhautik has worked at Prana Studios, an animation studio producing full length animation films exclusively for Disney Studios; The Media Edge; Media Planning Group; and Aneja Associates. His stress-busters are reading non-fiction and Yoga. Bhautik lives in Mumbai with his wife (whom he met at Aneja Associates!), his mother and his two sons.
