Global Chief Communications & Integration Officer
Beth is responsible for facilitating the growth of the VML brand and communications strategy across the agency’s global network. She has been an integral part of the agency’s expansion and is pivotal to the ongoing evolution of the global network. As a part of the executive leadership team, she drives consistency in brand strategy, leads a dynamic and connected culture, and facilitates impactful integration among the VML network offices.
Beth has worked at VML for nearly 25 years, in a multitude of roles including chief marketing officer and chief client officer. Beth’s deep understanding of VML’s business, combined with her extensive knowledge of the agency’s capabilities and brand promise, makes her an invaluable resource to the global network. She has a firm grasp on how to leverage VML’s worldwide expertise to create truly connected brands that drive growth.
Beth is extremely passionate about giving back to her community and helping mold the next generation of female leaders. To that end, she was a founding member and proud supporter of Ellume, VML's employee resource group which aims to educate, elevate, and inspire women and their allies.

Beth is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. Outside of her time at VML, Beth spends her free time with her husband and her daughter, who is following in her footsteps with a degree in communications.
