The winning strategy is based on three pillars: Drive to Create - the freedom to realise one's ideas within the company, Expert Knowledge - the sharing of expertise inside and outside the organisation, and Good Vibes - a good atmosphere based on the wellbeing of the staff. Within the framework of these assumptions, a number of activities are being implemented, aimed at employees, candidates and people working with the company.

One of the tangible results of the implemented actions is an increase in the satisfaction index in internal employee satisfaction surveys - their job satisfaction has increased from 33% in 2021 to 75% in 2022 and 77% in 2023.
