Mexico City – VML Mexico has been recognized once again by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation as one of the best places to work for LGBTQ+ equality within the eighth edition of the annual Equidad MX report. This is the fourth consecutive year the agency has received this prestigious certification and the first under VML.

The HRC's Equidad MX report evaluates LGBTQ+ inclusion efforts in workplaces throughout Mexico. This year, out of the 305 participating companies, 261 achieved the maximum score of 100, thus achieving the certification of "Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality 2025".
"This recognition reflects our persistence and determination to build an inclusive and safe work environment. This distinction motivates us to continue strengthening our inclusion and diversity policies, always seeking equity and respect for differences," added Sebastian Cerain, Chief People Officer at VML LATAM.
VML Mexico is proud to be one of the 114 companies with the highest score in more than two countries where the HRC Foundation grants this certification.
