Representatives from fifteen non-governmental organizations from the Wielkopolska region met at the VML Enterprise Solutions office in Poznań to launch the "Kierunek Rozwój" (Direction Development) program, organized by the PISOP Center Association.
Over the next few months, volunteers will develop their competencies in strategy and action planning. A team of experienced experts from the PISOP Center Association and other organizations will support them. At the first meeting, the group worked with Przemysław Herman, Senior Technical Project Manager at VML Enterprise Solutions. Przemysław led a workshop on modern management as a tool for achieving organizational success.
Through this workshop, the volunteers could practice planning organizational development and cooperation strategies, consider the needs of all stakeholders, and strengthen their communication and negotiation skills.
