VML has appointed Paul Randall as its first Chief Delivery Officer for North America to lead the agency's Program Delivery Organization (PDO), a critical function supporting the end-to-end project lifecycle. Randall leads a 400-person team of project delivery and project management experts, and reports to Jen McDonald, Chief Client Officer, Americas at VML.
