Experts from the VML agency commented for Forbes.cz on current resonating social and business topics from the perspective of how successful marketing and strong brands work. Filip Truhlář, Brand Strategic Planner at VML, commented on the participation of rapper Snoop Dogg at this year's Olympics in Paris and its impact on the audience and popularity of the games, especially among the younger generation. For example, he commented that the famous rapper was able to attract new audiences as well as connect the brand with different target groups.

Tomáš Coufal, Account Director at VML, compared the situation to a successful local example of connecting a brand with a celebrity. This is Martin Mikyska in the reality show Survivor, who managed to introduce himself to new potential target groups thanks to a well-thought-out marketing strategy.

Filip Truhlář's commentary also contributed to the discussion about the controversial online marketplace Temu. In the article, he explains that the marketing strategy of Temu and similar shopping platforms is unique just because of the huge promotional budget, which helps to spread brand awareness in a very short period of time. However, he points out that customer experience and brand experience are also important, which in turn can be a great asset of Czech e-shops.
