Our Office
Our office is at the right smack of KLCC area. Since 2019, we set up our home in Wework, one of the best international co-working space providers in the world, at Equatorial Plaza at Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. We have enjoyed the cool office spaces and facilities provided by Wework.

Our Culture is centered around practicing respect, fairness and transparency among and within as our integral organization. Besides to keep everyone boosted and cheerful we arrange various kinds of events- outdoor/ indoor games, team retreats, regional days' celebrations, wellness sessions alongside other team-building and engaging activities.
Different Cultures
We celebrate the Big 4 (Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Eid Al-Fitr and Christmas ) in a big way. Different culture, different taste and costumes but on these days, we celebrate as ONE.
Community Spirit
Annually, we set aside time, put work on hold and do some good for the community. We hold Charity Bazaars to collect funds, collect and dispose items to raise funds, and on VML Foundation Day, we come together to serve our community.
Knowledge Sharing
Imagine getting downloaded with all the latest, in scoop trends, meeting with the experts and topics that is super hot in our industry from a variety of diverse specialization and topics relevant in our industry – for that, we have our ‘What’s Next ’ Sessions..
VML Sports Club
There are 4 existing self organized sports clubs initiated by own staff for our staff where the agency comes in to support financially where possible.
Futsal, volleyball, skateboarding and badminton clubs are the most popular amongst our team.
Need for Fun
We do our best to cater to as many varied interest as possible from those who like more wellness activities like sound bath, meditation, yoga to the adventure junkies like water rafting, cave exploration, go karting competitions.
Staff plays a big part in the selection and say on what fun activities we organise.
Inclusion, Equity & Belonging
IE&B initiatives is a top Priority for VML from Global level to end market. Each level has a dedicated taskforce to look on how we can do better in this area from setting up ERGs, protecting and giving every possible same opportunity to any miniority groups.
We have ran programs and activities for International Women’s month, underprivileged etc.

Dental, Eye Care & Mental Wellness Allowance
We take our staff mental wellbeing very seriously. Our insurance coverage is one of the best there is . We have an annual allocation in our insurance specifically for mental wellbeing.
Birthday Leave
Staff is allocated one (1) extra day off in their birthday month.
Self Care Day Leave
Once in every quarter, staff will be entitled to a One Friday off day from work to detox and rejuvenate.
This is over and above the annual leaves entitlement
Hybrid Working
We work 4-days in the office. We are a big believer in face-to-face interactions and collaborations within the office but we also, appreciate the flexibility and agility in today’s work lifestyle requires.

If the first preference did not work out, we may consider you for your second preference (subject to requirements and business needs).
