VML has been named a Leader among Marketing Creative and Content Service Providers by Forrester Research. The Forrester Wave™: Marketing Creative and Content Services, Q1 2025 evaluates 10 of the most significant providers.

The Forrester report notes that VML has the highest current offering category score in the evaluation. VML received the highest possible marks in Brand Advertising, Creative and Communications Strategy, and Innovation and four more criteria. The Forrester report notes that VML’s “digital, technology, and creative strength shines in its leading creative commerce, influencer marketing, and brand advertising services.”

WPP has been recognized as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Adobe Experience Cloud Professional Services 2024-2025 Vendor Assessment. The report highlighted that “WPP is one of the largest marketing, communication, and advertising holding companies globally, and its agencies can draw on a wide spectrum of technology, consulting data, and creative and media services.”

The report evaluated the top 12 providers that matter most among customer experience strategy consulting services providers based on their current offering and strategy, measuring across 24 criteria. VML received the highest scores possible across seven criteria including: Functional Area Expertise, CX Vision Development, CX Function Development, Proprietary Data Integration, Practice Vision, Partner Ecosystem and Global Delivery.
