As a Group Director of Inclusion Experience, Zack is responsible for leading the team across clients and projects. Additionally, Zack is responsible for nurturing client relationships and building new business with potential clients. He keeps things moving and always works to facilitate communication among the team. Leveraging his connections within the organization and variety of skills, Zack is always looking for a gap to fill - a utility player.

Working closely under the leadership of chief integration officer Myron King, Zack has helped in the creation of the Transformation and Inclusion Experience teams at VML. He takes a tactical approach when facing age-old issues like lack of inclusion or diversity.
