As we mark one year as VML UK, we are incredibly proud reflecting on all we have achieved in the past 12-months - during a year of transition and integration. We’ve accomplished some amazing things and finally come together in our new Sea Containers home.

This is our first year reporting our combined VML UK figures following the merger, and we continue to recognise the need to achieve greater gender balance and progress women at all levels in our business. We are committed to closing the gender pay gap between women and men and now, as one business, we can continue to build on our strong year-one foundations.

As we look to the year ahead, we are committed to attracting, developing, and elevating exceptional female talent. By revitalising our inclusive hiring practices, focusing on data, and continuing to empower our ERGs, our ambition is to drive progress across the VML UK network, and our industry.

As per last year, we are sharing our combined VML UK group data across all our companies (as at the snapshot date of 5th April 2024) as we believe it’s important to look at our combined data to help drive our collective ambitions and progress together in 2025.
