She has been at the helm of this business that has been recently recognised and awarded globally for work such a Maxx Flash ‘The Killer Pack’ and The Times of India ‘Unplastic India’.

LadyBirds
Conceptualised and started in India to be the support group for Women at workplace. Provided mentoring and coaching support especially through the pandemic when women folk were especially overwhelmed with increased household pressure while managing office responsibilities. It has now been taken to regional level and was launched in APAC on Women’s Day in Mar 2023.
#YoungGuns
A college outreach program designed to create a talent pipeline for the industry as a whole. 3 month internship program to onboard and train young talent into the agency, have pipeline of young talent. Cohort of 2024 is the second batch
Unwind with VML
Wellbeing Series - Monthly dose of wellness that promises to uplift your mind, body and soul. Eating Right, Ailment Awareness, Positive Parenting are examples of sessions covered.
Unwind hour - Every Wednesday, colleagues unwind with board games for an hour. Its an opportunity to spend time getting to know each other, taking a break and engaging in something together beyond work
VML Capability Clinics

Coffee with Babita
Coffee with Babita is a CEO Connect Initiative, a bi-weekly program designed to foster a closer connection between the CEO and employees. With this initiative, Babita engages with a group of team members on a personal level, providing an opportunity to understand their perspectives, challenges, and aspirations.
Sustainability Marketplace
Sustainability Marketplace was held with the focus to leave a greener footprint on earth. Lightly used/new items were collected and displayed for employees to pass the items to someone who would have use of it. From time to time, we will donate items that have remained on the shelves for a few weeks to various charities.
Diwali

Yes, you can! However, we will only process your application for one vacant role at a time. Please speak to the Recruiter and mention which role is your first and second preference. If the first preference did not work out, we may consider you for your second preference (subject to requirements and business needs).

Familiarise yourself with the role from the job ad. What are your skills, experiences, passions and ambitions that you can bring to the table to be successful in this role?
It can vary between 1 and 2 weeks. We always try to give feedback as soon as possible. However, if you need this information earlier, the best way would be to contact your Recruiter directly to ask for updates.
