When we receive your application, our recruiter analyzes your CV and if it meets our requirements, here's what will happen:
Stage One - 30-40 mins
Interview with our recruiter on the phone
Our recruiter will contact you to discuss the details of the
role you applied for and tell you more about our company. They’ll ask
about your experience and motivation, as well as answer all of your
questions. Part of this interview will be conducted in English.
Stage Two – 60-90 mins
Interview with the Hiring Manager and the People and Culture Officer
Here we’ll focus on your experience and professional knowledge.
Depending on the role, there might be a task for you to complete, e.g.
live coding or a case study, but in some cases you will be sent a trial
task as a next stage. You’ll also have the chance to get to know more of
our way of working, culture and teams. Part of this interview will be
conducted in English.
Stage Three – 60 mins (optional)
Chemistry meeting
Depending on the role, you may have a chance to meet your potential teammates, take a tour through the office to check if you love the environment, and maybe even try our delicious coffee.
Stage Four – Decision
If everything goes well, you will receive a job offer from us. If it
turns out that our expectations regarding this particular role are a bit
different - don’t worry. We’ve gotten to know each other and perhaps
you’ll be interested in another position in the future. Also, please
remember that you will always get feedback afterwards, so you can
prepare for next time.
