On 11 and 12 April, the 15th annual international conference on equal opportunities, Equal Pay Day, will be held to highlight the issue of gender pay inequality. The main visual and strategy of this year's campaign was prepared by a team from the VML agency, who built it on the idea of the various opportunities that the conference will open to women by attending this conference.

Along with other successful people from the business world, Kristýna Ochvatová, Chief Strategy Officer of VML, will also speak at the conference within the debate on: Smart Strategies. More information about the conference program can be found here.
