Under his leadership, VML Enterprise Solutions comprises more than 10,000 experts across 40+ global offices, delivering enterprise-scale solutions that bridge the gap between marketing vision and technical execution.

In this role, Jeff oversees four globally integrated areas of focus: Consulting, Customer Experience (CX), Commerce, and Operational Transformation. He is responsible for advancing VML’s ability to deliver end-to-end business transformation, leveraging AI-powered platforms, data-driven strategies, and omnichannel solutions. The practice has been recognized as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Commerce Services and a Strong Performer in Adobe Services and CX Strategy Consulting Services, cementing its position as a global leader in digital experience innovation.

Jeff has spent more than 20 years at VML, shaping pivotal client engagements through his balanced understanding of consumers, business, and technology. His diverse experience includes work with clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, Colgate-Palmolive, Ford, Microsoft, Google, Sherwin-Williams, and T-Mobile.
