Kaleeta McDade, VML Global Chief Experience Officer, has been elected to The One Club for Creativity’s Board of Directors. In this role, she will help guide the organization’s mission to support and elevate the global creative community.

Elected by a vote of The One Club membership, McDade will serve a two-year term, providing strategic insight on professional development, education, and diversity initiatives. She will also play a key role in connecting the club with advertising and design schools and nominating top creatives for The One Show and ADC Annual Awards juries.

The appointment to The One Club Board is one of the pinnacle moments in my career. I look forward to contributing to our shared mission and collaborating with such an inspiring group of individuals. As Global Chief Experience Design Officer at VML, Kaleeta McDade helps brands move from storytelling to story-living, crafting compelling experiences for Nike, Costco, Apple, and the LA Rams.

As a founding member of WPP’s Open X Global Creative Council, she helped The Coca-Cola Company win Brand Marketer of the Year at Cannes. She also spearheaded the Heroes digital experience with Coca-Cola and Marvel, one of the brand’s most successful 2024 campaigns.

A Meta Global Council member, McDade bridges technology, data, and innovation. She also teaches at MIT Sloan’s Executive Leadership Breakthrough CX program.

An award-winning creative and 4A’s MAIP Industry Agitator honoree, she has nearly 20 years of experience across Google Brand Studio, Apple, Sapient Shanghai, Deloitte Digital, and Ogilvy.

McDade has spoken at Cannes, Dreamforce, Adobe Summit, Adcolor, and NY Festivals. She has been a jury president for The One Show, Clio, and London International Awards and has judged Cannes, D&AD, WARC, and ADC.
