We’re on the seeking for a Senior Brand Strategist to join our VML team, someone curious, insightful, and passionate about translating human behavior into meaningful strategies and campaigns.

You’re a strategic thinker with a talent for turning complex insights into compelling brand stories. You’re fluent in culture and trends, you understand the business behind creativity, and you love working alongside creatives, account teams, and clients to spark game-changing ideas.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct business analysis, industry research, and trend exploration to understand client challenges and category dynamics.
  • Translate research and data into clear strategic narratives that inspire creative teams and guide campaign development.
  • Analyze the positioning and messaging of both traditional and disruptive brands, framing actionable opportunities.
  • Lead the development of brand platforms, value propositions, messaging architectures, and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with martech, content strategists, and creative teams to build new brand experiences and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, proactively understanding and addressing their evolving needs.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, pitch development, and the creation of communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Guide internal teams by defining clear communication goals, ensuring consistency across projects.

What You’ll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy within a creative, digital, or CRM agency (or on the client side).
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy frameworks (positioning, messaging, purpose, architecture).
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a natural curiosity to uncover what others might miss.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—both visual and verbal.
  • Ability to work across teams and disciplines, collaborating effectively while also taking ownership.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative), and experience managing or conducting studies.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English (speaking skills desirable).
