We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, is passionate about creative excellence, and brings exceptional coordination and leadership skills to the table.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee multiple digital and creative projects, ensuring alignment with Statements of Work (SOW), deadlines, quality standards, and customer service expectations.
- Lead daily project operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, capabilities, and external partners.
- Act as the first point of escalation for any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Host and document key project meetings, including daily stand-ups and client kick-offs.
- Estimate project efforts, set timelines, and manage client expectations.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into clear guides for internal teams.
- Track project milestones and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary to avoid delays or compromises in quality.
- Continuously improve project workflows and contribute to team best practices.
Who You Are
- You’re a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a strong foundation in managing digital projects.
- You excel at leading cross-functional teams, communicating with clarity, and driving projects from concept to delivery—ensuring quality, timing, and budget alignment.
- You bring structure to complexity and turn roadblocks into opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a marketing, digital, or creative agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, communication, and risk management skills.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, creative production processes, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English is a must (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
