En VML buscamos un(a) Media Analyst, con sólidas habilidades en análisis de datos, capaz de diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas multicanal basadas en objetivos de conversión, ROAS y crecimiento de audiencias. Esta persona será responsable de gestionar la inversión publicitaria de manera estratégica, con una mentalidad analítica y una ejecución enfocada en resultados.
✨ Responsabilidades:
- Planificar y ejecutar campañas pagas en Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads y más.
- Monitorear y optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.).
- Analizar datos con Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio y herramientas similares.
- Realizar A/B Testing de creatividades, landings y públicos.
- Colaborar con equipos de diseño, contenido y tech.
- Generar reportes ejecutivos con insights accionables.
✅ Requisitos:
- +2 años de experiencia gestionando campañas de performance.
- Dominio de plataformas de anuncios (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experiencia en análisis de datos y visualización de dashboards.
- Conocimientos de segmentación avanzada, audiencias lookalike y retargeting.
- Manejo intermedio de Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, Sheets y Excel.
- Orientación a resultados, autonomía y capacidad para trabajar por objetivos.
