We're seeking a talented and versatile Senior Motion Designer with animation expertise to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Designer, you'll be responsible for designing and animating engaging content for social media, web banners, and static pieces. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives on blending graphic design skills with a strong animation background.

What You'll Do:

  • Create animated pieces such as web banners, reels, and stories for social media, videos for events, and animated plates for dealerships.
  • Design static digital pieces such as emails, banners, web piece adaptations, digital documents like guides, instructions, or technical sheets, and pieces for social media.

What You'll Bring:

  • Artistic Excellence: A portfolio demonstrating mastery of composition, color, typography, design theory, and visual aesthetics.
  • Prioritization & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Oriented & Collaborative: Motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work with other designers to understand client needs and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail in every aspect of design.
  • Creative Conceptualization: Ability to generate innovative ideas and develop creative visual concepts.
  • Rapid Execution: Ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently and within established deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effects, and Adobe InDesign.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Image and Sound.
  • 3+ years of experience in animation and digital design/production.
  • A portfolio showcasing advanced skills in visual design, typography, and the use of design software.
