We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to lead and elevate the digital presence of a prominent automotive brand. If you're excited about crafting innovative content, fostering online engagement, and leveraging data to optimize strategies, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
As Social Media Lead, you'll be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the brand's social media strategy, ensuring a compelling and relevant digital presence.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the automotive brand's identity, business objectives, and target audience.
- Content: Create and curate engaging, relevant content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), highlighting innovation, performance, and the lifestyle associated with the brand.
- Community: Actively engage with the online community, fostering engagement, conversation, and brand loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to amplify key initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign and content performance across all social media channels, using data to optimize strategy and achieve established goals.
- Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, adapting the strategy accordingly.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience managing social media for brands, preferably in the automotive or lifestyle sectors.
- Creativity: Ability to tell compelling stories in a creative and innovative way, generating content that resonates with the audience and drives impact.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret content performance data and optimize strategies for improved results.
- Tools: Familiarity with social listening and comment moderation tools (Brandwatch and Sprinklr) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent writing skills and a strong aesthetic sense for creating high-quality content.
- Bonus: Knowledge of paid media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus.
