About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and driven SR CRM Strategist to play a key role in enhancing CRM efforts for a leading client in the premium alcoholic beverages industry. This role requires a data-oriented individual with a passion for customer experience, loyalty, and growth. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the premium alcoholic beverages market, experience developing and executing CRM strategies, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy Development & Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of the client's CRM strategy, including setting objectives, KPIs, and tactical roadmaps. Support annual and quarterly planning efforts.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for CRM campaigns.
- Campaign Support: Support the development and management of campaign briefs for creative teams, ensuring alignment with the CRM strategy. Monitor campaign execution and performance.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM, including revenue growth, customer retention, and campaign ROI. Provide regular performance updates to senior team members.
- CRM Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with CRM and digital marketing trends in the premium alcoholic beverages sector. Research and recommend new technologies and strategies to enhance CRM efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of CRM campaigns and alignment with business objectives.
- Customer Experience (CX) Enhancement: Support efforts to map and analyze the customer journey, contributing to initiatives that improve the customer experience and increase loyalty.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to developing scalable processes to manage recurring CRM tasks and optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, data analysis, or digital marketing, preferably within the premium alcoholic beverages or related industry.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and optimization is a plus
- Experience creating and managing briefs for creative teams.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
