Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior SEO Analyst who is highly motivated and experienced in leading and executing comprehensive SEO strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong technical SEO knowledge with a creative approach to content development and optimization. This role will focus on improving organic search performance, driving qualified traffic, and enhancing brand visibility and identity across digital platforms.

What you’ll do

SEO Strategy:

  • Develop and implement holistic SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify technical and content optimization opportunities.

  • Define and prioritize target keywords based on search intent and competitive analysis.

  • Stay current with search engine trends and algorithm updates.

  • Continuously adjust strategies based on performance and new opportunities.

Technical SEO:

  • Optimize site architecture, loading speed, and UX for better crawling and indexing.

  • Implement and manage structured data (Schema Markup).

  • Monitor and optimize files like robots.txt and sitemap.xml.

  • Manage and troubleshoot indexing through Google Search Console and GA4, resolving crawl, indexation, and 404 errors.

  • Implement and manage redirects (301, 302, etc.).

  • Ensure mobile compatibility and compliance with mobile-first indexing.

Content SEO:

  • Develop content strategies based on keyword research and competitor analysis.

  • Create and optimize high-quality, original content (blogs, guides, infographics, videos, etc.).

  • Enhance existing content to improve search engine rankings.

  • Conduct ongoing keyword and search intent research.

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and SEO alignment.

  • Lead and manage link-building strategies (internal and external).

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

  • Generate regular reports on traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.

  • Identify data trends and insights to refine strategies.

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in both technical and content-focused SEO.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles (crawling, indexing, site structure, page speed, etc.).

  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (desirable).

  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or AEM.

  • Familiarity with structured data markup.

  • Experience with AI-powered SEO tools (e.g., Jasper, Surfer SEO, Frase).

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.

  • Proven experience creating SEO-optimized content.

  • Understanding of search intent and user experience optimization.

  • Strong grasp of link-building strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).

  • SEO-related certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) are a plus.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.

  • Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
