In our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, we handle recruitment for the largest advertising agency in the Czech market, and we are currently looking for a new partner!
We are looking for someone who embodies meticulousness, is at home in administration, and is ready to advance in recruitment. You will take responsibility not only for the entire recruitment cycle but also for projects and process improvements!
What Will Your Job Entail?
- You will be involved in the entire recruitment cycle – communication with hiring managers, creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and processing offers will be your daily tasks.
- There is always room for improvement in recruitment – you will lead projects and initiatives related to the TA agenda (e.g., referral programs, employer branding, etc.).
- You will become a true partner for managers at the VML and Ogilvy agencies, maintaining daily communication and understanding their needs, while also being unafraid to challenge them when necessary.
- You will handle Excel reports, manage recruitment in Teamio and Greenhouse, approve positions at the global HQ, and process onboarding tickets in JIRA – these tasks are shared among the team, and you will not be an exception. We are happy to teach you what you don’t know.
- You will work closely with HR from both agencies to improve processes. We are creative agencies, and we love to incorporate creativity into our work; there are no limits to ideas!
What Do We Need From You?
- Enthusiasm for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow in TA.
- Experience in the TA field – communication with candidates and hiring managers, experience in conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Meticulousness, structure, attention to detail, and a responsible approach.
- Excellent communication skills – you know how to listen and ask the right questions. Handling this in English is no problem for you.
- Experience with positions in marketing/advertising/creative roles is a plus.
