Who we are looking for:
The Operations Manager is an integral team member of the portfolio operations team, responsible for supporting cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of work. This role will assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.  You'll learn how to fully support VML and our client businesses by keeping close tabs on resource to revenue alignment and helping to eliminate any hurdles that may be preventing our teams from performing at their best.
What you'll do:
  • Proactively manage a core stable of client businesses within your supported portfolio.
  • Oversee resource to revenue projections with key client team partners.
  • Manage forecast accuracy and facilitate cross-share jobs in collaboration with Delivery.
  • Work closely with resource management partners to help ensure proper staffing across supported clients.
  • Facilitate inter-agency workflow processes and team structures
  • Ensure timely completion and approval of timesheets.
  • Develop core skills in facilitation, communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal relationships
  • Learn about staffing impacts on business models and client solutions; specifically helping to optimize client profitability.
  • Support company and departmental processes and initiatives.
Who you are:
  • Experience: 0-3 years experience in operations, project coordination, or related field (prior agency experience.
  • Demonstrates exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Passionate about learning the discipline, supporting the team, and growing with the company.
  • Comfortable learning a diverse array of new tools and systems and helping others problem solve within each.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • A skilled communicator who can take complex issues and distill them for diverse teams.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
