Account Supervisor
Job Overview: The Account Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, executing strategic campaign initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of retail based campaigns. This individual will be part of an integrated account service team on a key account in the automotive category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a key point of client contact. Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Manage projects and campaigns from inception to client presentation and delivery. - Strategic Planning:
Work with the Account Director and Strategy teams on development of comprehensive campaign strategies that align with client objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies are executed effectively. - Campaign Management:
Oversee the execution of retail campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future retail campaign optimizations. - Financial Management:
Help manage account budgets and forecasts. Ensure accurate billing and financial reporting in line with agency and client expectations. - Client Presentations and Reporting:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing campaign creative, strategic insights, and future recommendations. Ensure regular reporting is provided to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display, programmatic, and content marketing.
- sExcellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
