In this role, you are a team player who will assist the HR Team to ensure smooth delivery in all areas of HR services. The main duties and responsibilities of the HR Executive is to provide support to the Associate HR Director in delivering the full scope of HR such as but not limited to:
What you’ll do
- Work alongside with Associate HR Director in full spectrum of HR operation and administration
- Keen interest in establishing yourself as the SME for payroll and all-payroll related processes
- Manage and own payroll processing using internal system (TimeSoft), claims, insurance and benefits administration
- Prepare necessary Finance reports requiring payroll data
- Payroll audit administration
- Support HR operations and administration for all stages of employees’ lifecycle (on-boarding/ off-boarding/ confirmation/ employees’ letters etc.)
- Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of employee personal files, leave records and HR database
- Be part of the employees’ engagement team and see-through execution of all related activities
- Support HR team on general administrative duties and cover duties for team members whenever necessary
- Respond to general requests/inquiries from employees as and when required
- Ad-hoc projects which will be assigned by supervisor
What you’ll need
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or in a related field
- At least 1 years of relevant experience processing and managing end-to-end payroll (inhouse)
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
- Experience in Times Software will be advantageous
