VML is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Agile methodologies. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex CRM projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. As a Scrum Master, you will champion Agile practices, foster team development, and optimize project efficiency.
Responsibilities:
CRM Program Management:
- Lead and manage multiple CRM projects (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, etc.) from initiation to completion, aligning with client objectives and budget.
- Develop project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
- Oversee CRM platform implementation, integration, and data strategies.
- Collaborate on CRM-driven marketing campaigns (email, loyalty, personalized journeys).
- Ensure CRM data quality and accuracy.
- Manage vendor relationships and provide regular project status updates.
Scrum Master:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Track team velocity and drive continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their CRM needs and objectives.
- Participate in client presentations and act as a trusted CRM advisor.
- Contribute to CRM-focused proposals.
Internal Collaboration & Tools:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Kairos, and Workday for project management, documentation, and resource allocation.
- Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (or 5-10 years of Scrum Master experience in lieu of degree).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management within an agency or marketing environment, with a strong CRM focus.
- Proven experience managing CRM strategy implementation and execution across various platforms.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with Kairos and Workday.
- Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- Experience with data analytics platforms beyond Adobe CJA.
- Familiarity with the MarTech landscape.
- Experience training teams on Agile methodologies.
