VML busca impulsar sus ventas en Consultoría, Commerce, Customer Experience y Enterprise Solutions, incluyendo desarrollo, implementación y operación de plataformas tecnológicas para empresas medianas y grandes. Para ello, buscamos un Growth Manager proactivo y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de identificar, calificar y cerrar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, enfocándose en soluciones de Consultoría, Commerce, CX y Tecnología (CRM, datos, CMS como Adobe, Braze, Salesforce).
  • Colaboración con equipos internos para desarrollar soluciones a medida y gestionar la relación con el cliente desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre y la posterior retención.
  • Prospección y desarrollo de nuevo negocio.
  • Ejecución de la estrategia de ventas.
  • Venta de soluciones integradas (Consultoría, Commerce, CX, Tecnología).
  • Gestión de la cartera de clientes y el pipeline de ventas.
  • Colaboración con equipos internos (ej. delivery, estrategia).
  • Análisis de mercado y competencia.
  • Reportes regulares de ventas y actividad.
  • Gestión completa de la relación con el cliente (desde el primer contacto hasta la retención).

Requisitos:

  • +3 años de experiencia en ventas o desarrollo de negocios en el sector tecnológico.
  • Conocimiento de CRM, gestión de datos y CMS (Adobe, Braze, Salesforce).
  • Experiencia con clientes empresariales en México.
  • Inglés avanzado INDISPENSABLE.

Habilidades Deseadas:

  • Experiencia en plataformas Braze, Salesforce y Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Enfoque proactivo y orientado a resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento.
