The Account Executive supports and grows the current client directly, working as a day-to-day client contact. You ensure that project outcomes meet client’s specifications and are accountable for delivering world-class thinking. You identify opportunities to grow the business and contribute to overall client satisfaction. You will possess high expertise on digital trends and technologies and have a hunger for continuing your professional development.
What you’ll do
- Establish day to day working relationships with clients to ensure that we can continue to grow our business and deliver.
- Identify opportunities and new interests that the client may not recognise to help drive revenue and benefit business needs as their digital advisor.
- Ensure work is delivered on budget and manage invoicing according to the contract terms.
- Obtain key client information to ensure effective scoping of work.
- Fosters a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the organization.
- Supports all aspects of day-to-day account management.
- Work with the project team to create and manage project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, maintaining clear documentation.
- Anticipate, proactively address, and advise management on potential client or revenue issues.
Who you are
- Preferably 1 year of client contact experience in a creative agency, communications, or customer service environment; demonstrated impact on the communication and online strategy for major clients.
- Agency experience would be advantageous
- Proficiency in mandarin preferred both verbal and written.
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.
- Excellent organization and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be proactive self-starter with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
