En VML Colombia, estamos buscando un/una SEO Director que sea un/una verdadero/a gurú del posicionamiento. No solo queremos a alguien que conozca las herramientas, sino a un/una estratega capaz de:

  • Ser un/una Arquitecto/a Digital: Diseñar estrategias SEO integrales que transformen nuestra presencia online en una máquina de generar leads y conversiones. 
  • Hablar el Idioma de Google: Dominar los algoritmos, las actualizaciones y las mejores prácticas como si fueran tu lengua materna. 
  • Ser un/una Detective de Datos: Analizar métricas, identificar tendencias y generar insights accionables que impulsen el crecimiento orgánico. 
  • Colaborar como un/una Rockstar: Trabajar en equipo con contenido, desarrollo, marketing y analytics para crear una sinergia imparable. 
  • Ser un/una Líder Inspirador/a: Guiar a otros, compartir tu conocimiento y motivar a todos a alcanzar el éxito en el mundo del SEO. 

¿Qué te pedimos?

  • Experiencia comprobable (mínimo 3 años) en roles similares, con resultados que hablen por sí solos.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas SEO (Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Conocimientos técnicos de SEO On Page y Off Page, arquitectura web, velocidad de carga, y más.
  • Familiaridad con HTML, CSS, JavaScript básico y CMS como WordPress o Shopify (¡un plus!).
  • Capacidad analítica, proactividad, orientación a resultados y habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español (Indispensable Inglés B2-C1)
  • ¡Y una pasión inagotable por el SEO! 

¿Qué harás?

  • Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia SEO integral de la marca.
  • Realizar auditorías técnicas, identificar problemas y proponer soluciones.
  • Investigar palabras clave, optimizar contenido y crear materiales alineados a objetivos SEO.
  • Implementar estrategias de link building y gestionar backlinks.
  • Supervisar el desempeño SEO, presentar resultados y generar insights.
  • Colaborar con desarrolladores y diseñadores para optimizar la página web.
  • Mantenerte actualizado/a en tendencias SEO y adaptar la estrategia según sea necesario.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización UX para mejorar la experiencia del usuario.
