About The Pharm:
We are an integrated, multi-speciality service and consulting model within WPP where we work with our client Walgreens Boots Alliance in partnership towards one shared mission: to help people across the world lead healthier and happier lives.
The 150+ experts assembled at The Pharm (across Essence Mediacom, Ogilvy PR and VML) have a unique opportunity to dedicate ourselves to one client in pursuit of their ambitious mission while collaborating with experts from across several agencies (and areas of expertise) within WPP.
Who we're looking for:
The Pharm is looking for an all-rounder Senior Designer to join our dedicated Boots UK team. You'll be a vital part of a tight-knit creative team, crafting compelling visual solutions across all of Boots' touchpoints. This is a chance to flex your design muscles across a diverse range of projects, from social campaigns and digital experiences to large OOH formats and magazine prints.
What you'll be doing:
- Conceptualise and execute impactful design solutions across various mediums, including digital, print, OOH and social media.
- Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and account managers to bring ideas to life.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity while pushing creative boundaries and exploring new visual territories.
- Present your work with confidence and articulate your design decisions clearly.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Please highlight the conceptual work in your portfolio/CV.
What you'll need:
- A strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy that is reflected in your portfolio.
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- A bachelor’s degree in design
