Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar conceptos e ideas creativas, asegurándose de que estén alineadas al brief.                            
  • Pensar ideas de contenido nativo diseñadas específicamente para distintas plataformas digitales                            
  • Redactar ideas para canales tradicionales (spots, menciones, headlines) y digitales (formatos cortos, banners, captions, A.I. prompts).                            
  • Crear presentaciones claras con excelente storytelling                            
  • Presentar y defender creatividad frente a clientes (inglés avanzado requerido)                            
  • Pensar activamente ideas con potencial para participar en festivales publicitarios. Mantenerse actualizado.                            
  • Gestionar proyectos, tiempos y seguimiento de entregables                            
  • Asegurar la calidad final de todos los textos y conceptos entregados                            
  • Guiar a los redactores junior en redacción y conceptualización.

Requisitos:

  • +3 años de experiencia en puesto similar.
  • Conceptualizar, desarrollar y vender ideas creativas, relevantes y estratégicas que aporten valor a cada proyecto, asegurando una ejecución impecable y excelente redacción sin importar el tipo de entregable.
  • Inglés avanzado INDISPENSABLE.
