Responsabilidades:

  • Planificación y control de tiempos: Gestión de proyectos de principio a fin, incluyendo definiciones de negocio, reuniones con el/la cliente y principales stakeholders, y comunicación continua.
  • Facilitación y garantía de comunicación efectiva y relaciones productivas: Aportando valor, señalando alertas y gestionando las expectativas del/de la cliente en relación con el proyecto.
  • Coordinación de entregables: Establecimiento de roadmaps por marca/proyecto/mercado, basados en objetivos y necesidades del negocio.
  • Responsable de JIRA: Creación de tickets y establecimiento de fechas de entrega con información clara, objetivos y materiales necesarios.
  • Colaboración con otras capacidades y sesiones de preguntas y respuestas, asegurando que se cumpla el objetivo del brief.
  • Orquestación de capacidades y Product Owners.
  • Coordinación integral de campañas: Asegurar que los entregables de las capacidades sigan las directrices aprobadas y cumplan con las expectativas del/de la cliente.
  • Proporcionar recomendaciones de optimización continua, recopilando insights de las capacidades.

Requisitos:

  • Sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos, con enfoque en la priorización.
  • Experiencia en gestión del cambio y comunicaciones.
  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación con stakeholders, incluyendo directivos/directivas y stakeholders globales.
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas y desglosar la complejidad..
  • Inglés avanzado INDISPENSABLE.
